Join me for an evening of kirtan at Yoga Mandali in Saratoga Springs, NY. I’ll accompany the chant on harmonium and ekatara, and will be in the grand company of Justin Green on Drums and Keli Lalita on Bells!

Kirtan isn’t an ordinary concert, but rather a participatory call-and-response chanting practice of Sanskrit mantras, the Divine Names. Each repetition of these mantras is a way to gather our awareness and concentration and to be fully present in the moment. This is a heart practice, as we invoke Real Love, our own true nature. It is a beautiful and powerful way to be in community. No experience is required and all are welcome.
